No. We are an Alliance Partner of Zoho and will assist in communication and tracking of any bugs that are found during or after a CRM Implementation project, however we do not have any say in the techniques used by Zoho to fix issues or in their patch release schedule and bugs (which are rare) are considered as separate to the CRM Implementation projects and are fixed independently by the Zoho team.
