An Opportunity is called a 'potential' in Zoho CRM, an opportunity is a future sale. It has not been closed yet, but it is potential revenue for the company. It is not the same as a lead, but rather, is a converted lead, ie. a lead that has been qualified and one which sales are sure stands a good chance of turning in to a sale.
