Sales Manager wants to be more proactive with his sales team. Wants to have a better understanding of each team member's daily activities and how they are following through on each opportunity. Achieving a better handle on activities will enable the Sales Manager to analyze which activities are most effective and thus enable him to coach each team member toward higher levels of productivity.

Solution

The agreed upon activities are put into a system that enables team members to track opportunities and carry out the activities that will convert the opportunity into a sale.
