§1. General provisions
1. These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the website available at https://www.zpartners.pl (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).
2. The owner of the Website is Z Partners Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (03-289), ul. Ostródzka 86h, entered in the KRS Business Register under number 0001133563, NIP: 5242806933, REGON: 365208249 (hereinafter: “Z Partners”, “Service Provider”).
3. The Regulations are the regulations for the provision of services by electronic means within the meaning of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means.
4. By using the Website, the User confirms that he has read the content of the Regulations and accepts its provisions.

6. Serwis służy prezentowaniu informacji o profesjonalnych rozwiązaniach informatycznych dla biznesu oferowanych przez Usługodawcę i jest adresowany do podmiotów profesjonalnych i zawodowych.
§2. Definitions
For the purposes of the Regulations:
1. User - any natural person using the Website, in particular a representative or employee of a customer, partner, supplier or job candidate.
2. Electronic services - services provided by Z Partners through the Website, in particular:
- providing information about Z Partners and the offer,
- contact form,
- form “Send inquiry”,
- form “Schedule a consultation”,
- newsletter subscription form,
- registration forms for webinars and other online events.
3. Newsletter - messages sent periodically by electronic means, containing information about the services, materials, events and other activities of Z Partners.
4. Privacy Policy - a document describing the rules of personal data processing and the use of cookies. The policy is available on the Website.
§3. Scope of services provided by the Website
1. The service is mainly used to:
- to present Z Partners activities and solutions used by customers,
- allow Users to contact Z Partners,
- subscription to the newsletter and webinars and other events,
- sharing educational content (e.g. articles, case studies).
2. The website is not an online store. The conclusion of the contract for the provision of services takes place on the basis of individual arrangements and separate agreements concluded with B2B customers.
3. Z Partners w Serwisie nie świadczy odpłatnych usług dla konsumentów.
3. Z Partners may periodically change or develop the functionalities of the Website, if this does not violate the rights of the acquired Users.
§4. Technical conditions
1. To use the Website you need:
- a device with Internet access,
- the current version of the web browser,
- enabled support for cookies and JavaScript (in the basic scope).
2. Z Partners makes every effort to make the Service available without interruption, however technical interruptions, in particular related to updating or maintenance, are allowed.
§5. Terms of use of the Website
1. The User shall use the Website in a manner consistent with the law, the Regulations and good manners.
2. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- posting or transmitting content that is unlawful, vulgar or infringes on the rights of others,
- making attempts to disrupt the operation of the Service (e.g. attacks, introduction of malware),
- use of contact data from the website to send unsolicited commercial information (spam).
3. The data provided in the forms should be true, current and complete.
§6. Contact forms and “Book a consultation”
1. The website provides forms enabling:
- general contact with Z Partners,
- sending a request for quotation,
- appointment of a consultation (including the choice of an appointment).
2. Messages sent by the User should relate to the activities of Z Partners, in particular offers, cooperation, recruitment or other organizational matters.
3. Z Partners responds to the requests received within a reasonable time, depending, among others, on the number of inquiries and the degree of complexity of the case.
4. Z Partners may refuse to handle the request or block the use of forms if the User persistently violates the Terms and Conditions (e.g. sends spam or illegal content).
5. Usługi wskazane w § 2 ust. 2 pkt. 2) -4) powyżej świadczone są wyłącznie podmiotom profesjonalnym prowadzącym działalność gospodarczą i wyłącznie na cele świadczenia usług dla tych podmiotów na cele ich działalności gospodarczej.
6. Usługi świadczone w wyniku przyjęcia oferty uzyskanej w ramach formularzy wskazanych w § 2 ust. pkt 2)-4) świadczone są na warunkach osobnych umów zawieranych przez Strony przed rozpoczęciem ich świadczenia.
§7. Newsletter
1. The User may subscribe to the Newsletter by providing the e-mail address in the appropriate form and indicating the required consents.
2. Subscription to the Newsletter is voluntary. The absence of a record does not affect the ability to use the other functions of the Service.
3. The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the footer of the message or by contacting Z Partners.
4. Detailed information on data processing within the Newsletter can be found in the Privacy Policy.
§8. Webinars and online events
1. Z Partners can organize webinars, online workshops and other events, for which registration takes place through forms on the Website or on dedicated pages.
2. As part of the application, the User provides the data necessary for the organization of the event (e.g. name, surname, e-mail, company).
3. Z Partners can send participants:
- confirmation of participation,
- organisational information,
- materials after the event,
- information about similar events or services - if the User has given appropriate consents to this.
4. If an event is recorded, information about this and the scope of use of the recording will be given in the description of the event or in a separate clause at the time of recording.
5. Usługi wskazane w § 2 ust. 2 pkt 6) powyżej świadczone są dla pracowników i przedstawicieli podmiotów, które nabyły w ramach działalności gospodarczej od Z Partners usługi świadczone poza Serwisem. Szczegółowe warunki tej usługi może zawierać odrębne porozumienie.
§9. Liability
1. Materials published on the Website are informative and educational. They are not a substitute for individual analysis or advice tailored to a specific situation.
2. Z Partners is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of the content available on the Website, without consulting our team or without analyzing a specific case.
3. Z Partners is not responsible for:
- interruptions in access to the Service due to reasons beyond the control of Z Partners,
- damages resulting from the use of the Website in a manner inconsistent with the Regulations,
- content and operation of websites to which links from the Website lead (external sites).
4. Webinary, warsztaty online i inne wydarzenia świadczone są w stanie takim, w jakim są. Z Partners nie odpowiada za jakość, dostępność i kształt tych wydarzeń.
§10. Copyright
1. The content, graphic layout, logos, downloadable materials and other elements of the Website are protected by law, in particular copyright and industrial property law. Animated icons - Lordicon (Animated icons by Lordicon.com).
2. The User may use the content of the Website exclusively for his own use related to familiarizing himself with the offer of Z Partners.
3. Without the consent of Z Partners, it is forbidden, among others:
- copying, modifying and distributing the content of the Website in whole or in part,
- use of Z Partners logos in a way that suggests a relationship or recommendation that does not actually exist.
§11. Complaints about the operation of the Website
1. The User may submit comments or complaints regarding the operation of the Website to the e-mail address: info@zpartners.pl or in writing to the address of the registered office of Z Partners.
2. In the application it is worth specifying:
- a brief description of the problem,
- the date and approximate time of its occurrence,
- contact details to answer.
3. Z Partners will respond to the request within 30 days of receipt. The response will be sent to the address indicated by the User.
§12. Personal data and cookies
1. The rules for processing Users' personal data and the rules for the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.zpartners.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.
2. By using the Website, the User accepts the use of cookies on the terms described in the Privacy Policy and in the configuration of the consent panel (Cookiebot).
3. The User can manage the cookie settings from his browser and the consent panel displayed on the Website.
§13. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
1. Z Partners may amend the Terms and Conditions if:
- legal provisions affecting the provision of services by electronic means will change,
- new functionalities of the Website will be introduced,
- There will be a need to clarify the existing provisions.
2. The new content of the Regulations will be published on the Website with an indication of the date of its validity.
3. The use of the Website after the entry into force of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
§14. Final provisions
1. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services, shall apply.
3. Any disputes related to the use of the Website will be resolved by the common court competent for the registered office of Z Partners, unless otherwise provided by mandatory regulations.
4. The Terms and Conditions are valid from the date of their publication on the Website.
