1. Zoho Recruit in your pocket: AI in a mobile app for recruiters
The new Zoho Recruit mobile app is going strong in AI: Ask Zia for quick answers about records, Zia Search instead of Boolean, automatic candidate matching and concise summaries that you'll grasp in a minute, even from your lock screen.
2. PageSense 3.0: a new level of experimentation and optimization
PageSense 3.0 adds server-side testing, mobile and push app tracking, Multi-Armed Bandit, Ask Zia for insights, a lighter Smart Code for performance and a new dashboard. For the agency there is an agency model, and for the start there is also a Forever Free plan.
3. Zoho Webinar: new registration page branding feature
Signing up for a webinar is a first impression. Now you can firmly “dress it up as a brand”: layout, logo, banner, colors, presentation of speakers (up to 15), templates for reuse. For marketing, this is a simple way to make the page not look like a generic form.
4. Zoho Vault: Accessibility Controls and Security for Everyone
Zoho Vault adds powerful accessibility improvements to the web app. There are profiles tailored to different needs (e.g. dyslexia, low vision, ADHD), better navigation for screen readers, modes to improve readability, clear element designations and keyboard shortcuts.
5. Zoho Flow: built-in AI to create and run automation
Flow is moving towards automation, which can be described in normal language. You can generate a workflow from a description, use Zia Utilities to create and organize content in processes (e.g. summaries, classification, tone change), and add agentic actions, which are steps that can choose the best action depending on the context.
If you want, we can design the first automations in Flow and select scenarios that take the manual work out of the team.
6. Zoho Books: banking and reconciliation with AI, faster and cleaner
A lot of practical improvements in the Banking module. AI prompts fields when reconciling, banking rules can be applied centrally across multiple accounts, there is fast bulk categorization in “sheet” view, better reconciliation status reporting (CSV), support for company card reconciliation, extended bank feeds and imports.
7. Zoho Workplace: no more barriers to communication and teamwork
Why does the “tool stack” usually lose to a single ecosystem? Workplace shows examples of seamless work between mail, chat, meetings, documents and business context, less window switching, more action.

8. Zoho DataPrep: 2025 recap and direction for 2026
DataPrep takes a big step towards “less code, more effect” ETL. 2025 will see a lot of automation with AI (Ask Zia do pipeline, Transform by Example), big accelerations (WASM, storage optimization), more integrations and better workspace management. In 2026, they are expected among others. Code Studio (Python/SQL), pipeline variables, and event-driven automations.
