How it works
01 - Before submitting an application
- Sign up for a Zoho account if you don't already have one. Apply for funds in your nonprofit account using this account.
- Some Zoho apps are not covered by Zoho for Nonprofits (see FAQ below for details).
- Please review the Zoho for Nonprofits Terms of Service carefully before submitting your application.
02 - Sending documents and credentials
- Make sure the email address you provide in the form matches the one associated with your Zoho account - funds are assigned to that email address and cannot be transferred later.
- If you are applying through TechSoup, have your verification token ready.
- If you are applying directly, have your nonprofit or charitable organization registration documents ready to submit.
03 - Apply for loans in the portfolio
- Fill out the forms, providing all the required data. Zoho uses them to verify your credentials and grant credits.
- Verification and granting of credits takes 7-10 working days. You will receive a confirmation by email.
- Once your application is approved, you will receive another email and you will be able to view and use the credits in your Zoho Wallet during checkout.
04 - Use of credits
- Credits can be used for new purchases, upgrades, new users, and subscription renewals.
- On the subscription page, before making a payment, enable the “Use my existing wallet credits” option to use your credits.
