Summary

The integration of Zoho CRM with the National Bank of Poland (NBP) showed that the platform can support complex financial scenarios through dedicated modules. Challenge

A client from the raw materials and manufacturing sector had difficulties issuing invoices in foreign currencies. Manually entering exchange rates into CRM involved the risk of errors and inaccurate document amounts. Incorrect calculations could lead to customer issues and loss of trust from business partners.

Solution

  • Design of a multi-currency module in Zoho CRM that automatically retrieves current exchange rates from the National Bank of Poland.
  • Daily updates of exchange rates published by NBP and storage of that data in the system.
  • Use of Zoho CRM integration capabilities and REST API for a stable connection with the external data source.

  • Ability to issue invoices in multiple currencies using always up-to-date exchange rates.
