1. Process first, tools second: Zoho and Z Partners at MarTech Forum Poland 2026
In April, we performed together with Vivek Venkatraman from Zoho at the inaugural MarTech Forum Poland 2026 at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. The event was attended by representatives of global and local technology companies, and the keynote speaker was Frans Riemersma, one of the most recognized experts in the global MarTech market. Thank you for your invitation and trust - we are delighted to be able to co-create a space for the exchange of knowledge between business, technology and academia.
The main theme of our lecture was the thesis: process first, tools second. We have shown how technology, processes and strategy meet in real business challenges. Advanced tools won't solve an organization's problems if processes are inconsistent, data is disordered, and accountability is blurred. Therefore, we first organize the way we operate, and only then we select solutions that really strengthen the process.
The day before, we visited the shooting range together - precision, discipline and a cool head matter both in sports and in business.

2. Zoho for NGO: Up to $5,000 in credits and lower subscription costs
Zoho has launched a support program for non-profit organizations. Eligible foundations, associations, and community organizations can receive up to $5,000 in one-time credits that cover up to 50% of the cost of a Zoho subscription.
This is a real opportunity to organize areas such as donor management, fundraising, communication, volunteering, events, reporting and internal processes. For organizations with limited resources, this can be a step towards greater transparency and better operational control.

3. Zoho Projects: new features, more flexibility and AI direction
We've put together a full rundown of the latest changes to Zoho Projects. In the material we show, among others, the development of Timesheets, User Automation, extensive Recycle Bin, Custom Modules, Module Gallery, Custom Reports and integrations with Zoho Sign and Zoho DAP.
We also devoted a lot of space to the AI layer, including AI Hub, AI Bridge, and the approach presented as part of Zoho Projects Infinity. The scale of change shows that Zoho Projects is increasingly moving beyond classic project management and becoming a platform for project, process and data management.

4. Zoho Notebook: AI Meeting Notes, the end of manual meeting notes
Zoho Notebook introduces AI Meeting Notes, a feature that automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings. The tool recognizes key findings, responsible persons, and key threads, and then organizes them into easy-to-read notes.
A distinctive feature is the ability to create mind maps based on a meeting and work without a bot joining the conversation, on macOS. This is a good solution for teams that have a lot of meetings and want to better keep an eye on decisions, tasks and follow-ups.
5. Zoho Mail: more control over communication and administration
Zoho Mail develops tools for administrators who want to better understand, manage, and secure communications in an organization. Admin Reports allow you to analyze mail activity, communication trends, email traffic, domains, users and changes over time.
This makes it easier to notice unusual patterns, an increasing workload on teams or changes in external communication. This is important for companies that want to better manage mail policies, security, and communication scale.
The second novelty is the zMail CLI, that is, the ability to work with Zoho Mail from the terminal level. It is a solution for administrators, developers and advanced users who want to perform repetitive operations faster without going through a web interface.
The CLI allows you to manage users, folders, labels, signatures, autoresponders and messages, among others. It can also be used in scripting and administrative processes, which reduces repetitive tasks and gives you more control over your mail environment.

6. Bigin Q1 2026: MCP, AI lead enrichment and Outlook add-in
Bigin is evolving towards a simple CRM with an increasingly powerful AI layer. New MCP support allows AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to securely use contact, deal and pipeline data to perform specific actions.
Added to this is AI lead enrichment, which is the automatic completion of lead data based on publicly available information, and an Outlook add-on that brings the CRM context directly to the mailbox. This is a good direction for smaller sales teams that want to operate faster without extensive administration.
